St. Paul's Pre-Dance Program Registration

Vision Dance Center is thrilled to bring its Pre-Dance Program to the students of St. Paul's Preschool. VDC will be joining St. Paul's students on Tuesdays and Thursdays for weekly dance classes for four sessions:

Session 1: 9/17/2024-11/07/2024
Session 2: 11/19/2024-1/16/2025
Session 3: 1/28/2025-3/20/2025
Session 4 : 4/1/2025-5/22/2025

Both Pre-K and Extended Hours students are eligible to join in our dance classes!

Classes are $100 per session due with registration. Receive 5% off of the cost of tuition when you register and pay for all 4 sessions by September 1, 2024.

WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The practice of dance involves the risk of physical injury (with bruises being the most likely injury and broken bones or other more serious physical injuries also being possible.) Understanding this I declare on behalf of my child:

That I am willing to accept responsibility for such an eventuality, and;
That I have adequate medical insurance for such an eventuality, and;
That I will not hold any club, member, instructor, or the owners or operators of any facility in which I might practice liable for any injury that my child might sustain while practicing dance in or outside of the studio.

Further, I understand the physical demand of this activity and the practice required for its development and mastery. As a consideration for my own safety and enjoyment, as well as that of other students, I commit to dedicate necessary practice of the instructions and techniques given to me in class.

I hereby grant permission to Vision Dance Center to use photographs and/or video of my child taken during Pre-Dance classes at St. Paul's Preschool and/or its events, workshops, performances, or other VDC hosted functions in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Vision Dance Center.
